Congratulations to Shuo Sarah Feng for receiving the Best Poster Award at Asia Photonics Conference 2026 in Singapore. Her award-winning poster presented “An Inter-Satellite Optical Link Analyzer (ISOLA) for Practical Optical Wireless Satellite Communication.”

Prof. C. Patrick YUE delivered a plenary talk titled “Optical PCIe/CXL Interconnect for Remote GPU, Accelerator, and Memory Expansion” at Asia Photonics Conference (APC) in Singapore (Feb 4, 2026). He also visited A*STAR and LightSpeed Photonics, and met with APC Chairperson Prof. Perry Shum.

Prof. YUE received a heartfelt “thank you” note from a student, which is the most satisfying moment as a teacher! This shares a special connection between Prof. YUE and this student. He taught this student at Stanford in the UG class EE101B II during his sabbatical last spring.
